Optimized Optimism-For Your Good and His Glory 6-27-21

“Optimized Optimism—For Your Good and His Glory” based on Romans 8:28. Optimism is the tendency to dwell on the most hopeful aspects of a situation, and to act accordingly. Christians have a reason to be optimistic. The Bible uses another word. We have a reason to hope. When something negative happens, we don’t have to spin it, we don’t have to play mind games, we just need to dwell on the most hopeful and apply ourselves to the task at hand. If God is in your life and you have surrendered to his will you can be assured that he can use the situations you experience to make you better. A Spirit-filled Christian who is walking faithfully with Christ cannot help but be an optimized optimist.
