For the remainder of August and the month of September, we are “going GREEN” and concentrating on “Reducing, Recycling and Reusing”.

Do you have old eyeglasses or hearing aids that you no longer wear?? Give someone else the gift of sight or sound!! How about those old cell phones that you or your family members no longer use? They can be recycled and used by domestic violence organizations. Did you go to a foreign country and have any foreign money left over?  If so, it can be used for the CHANGE FOR GOOD.  Unicef will make sure this currency goes to provide lifesaving supplies and services for needy children.

We will have a place set up in the hallway for your eyeglasses, hearing aids, cell phones and foreign currency. We can recycle and reuse these items to help others in need.  Let’s all see what we can find hanging around our homes that can be put to good use by others. Thanks and may God Bless You!!
